I am but a young maiden at sea.. I am on the journey of a lifetime. I know I have an eternal treasure waiting on me and I don't need to set sail off to find. My Captain is my the Lord my Father! He is the wind in my sails and He helps me stay on course when I find the seas get rocky. My ship is made up of my past decisions I have made and of all my amazing memorizes I cherish. Each board on my ship holds a memory or a achievement. Let me tell you, by no means is it a big or an enchanting ship! It is but a synopsis of what I am today, so don't judge me by the wholes and rusty nails you might encounter or notice.. I am solid and dependable. I also have extra bunks for people who need to hide away, but just fair warning on a ship like mine there is no extra baggage allowed. Anything that might way down this ship is tossed over the edge! and last but not least.. my sail is made up of prayers and the support of my family and friends..

dancing in the dark…
when a dancer is by herself, with the music on, and just feeling it…dancing their thoughts…that’s when they’re at their best and most raw. You could smile, or cry but it doesn’t really matter because nobody’s watching or judging. Sometimes, when I can’t sleep, I just switch music on, very quietly and let myself go.
That’s my therapy.
